Unlike most providers, you don't pay per seat with Mercury. With one license, an unlimited number of agents can use the software.
No, while many providers charge for the number of chats, the number of chats as well as contacts is unlimited with us.
We charge 130€ per WhatsApp Business API number, and there are discounts if you need many numbers. In addition, WhatsApp charges for template messages. We pass these fees on to you without any surcharge. A current overview of the costs for message templates can be found here:
Of course, as our customer, you will receive help and support. After a thorough platform onboarding, we will continue to be there for you.
One AI chatbot is included in each business license. If you want to run more than one bot, you may want to consider the Enterprise license.
You can book the business license on a monthly or yearly basis. The Enterprise license runs for one year by default, but longer terms are also possible.
